Order Processing:
All orders require 5-7 business days to process. During this time, you will receive an email containing your USPS Priority tracking number. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder.

Please note that receiving your tracking number does not mean your order has been shipped. It only indicates that your shipping label has been created. As sea moss is a perishable item, we take extra care to store it properly until the actual shipping date.

Shipping Schedule:
To ensure freshness, we ship orders on Mondays. In cases of high order volumes, we may also ship on Tuesdays. Shipping labels are printed in advance to streamline the process, but rest assured, your product is stored safely until shipment.

Tracking and Delivery:
We strongly encourage customers to monitor their tracking information closely to determine the expected delivery date. Sea moss is perishable, and we cannot issue refunds for orders that spoil in your mailbox due to lack of monitoring on the customer’s part.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives with a damaged jar, please contact us via direct message (DM) at info@joy-wellness.com within one day of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the damaged item for resolution.

Returns and Refunds:

Returns and Refunds All sales are final. We do not issue refunds. If your Sea Moss Gel is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, you will have to re-order your package & also pay for shipping, as it loses it’s freshness from not being refrigerated after a long period of time.
